Kyle Rasmussen

Kyle is a Senior Associate at Focus Search Partners where he is responsible for executing C-level and senior search assignments in the Deep Tech practice. Kyle has over a decade of experience in executive search working at global and boutique search firms.

Kyle joined FSP in April 2019 and has since executed searches across several industries and functions. Before FSP, he spent three years at another boutique search firm where he executed C-level projects for enterprise SaaS & cybersecurity companies. He started his career with Jobplex/DHR International where he learned the business as a generalist executive on mid-level management searches.

Originally from Chicago, Kyle now resides in Dallas. He has a bachelor’s from Northern Illinois University.
