Nicole Inkrote

Nicole is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and fostering growth in the executive recruiting industry. With over 10 years of experience, she brings a strategic vision to Focus Search Partners, where she currently serves as the Vice President, Corporate Development.

In her role, Nicole oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment processes and client satisfaction. She is deeply committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity in all aspects of Focus Search Partner’s operations.

Nicole is known for her ability to develop and implement innovative strategies that optimize efficiency and enhance performance. She leverages her keen analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive measurable results.

Prior to joining Focus Search Partners, Nicole worked alongside the Group President at Stryker. She began her career as an analyst at Goldman Sachs.  Her diverse background equips her with a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing the executive recruiting industry.

Nicole is passionate about her work and is dedicated to building strong relationships. She is committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment where team members can thrive and succeed.

Nicole is based in New Jersey. She is an active volunteer in her community and enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two young children, Madison and Ryan, out on the water.

Nicole earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. ​
