Nick Wilkins

Nick joins Focus Search Partners in 2024 as a Principal for the Interim Executive Solutions Team under the direction of Monica Foster. He is charged with generating and cultivating a vast network of consulting C-Suite resources to be placed on interim engagements throughout the nation.

Prior to joining Focus Search Partners, Nick was a National Talent Partner for Tatum, an executive search and consulting firm based out of Atlanta. There, Nick managed and placed C-Suite resources on both consulting and permanent opportunities throughout the nation. He also provided leadership to the recruitment team by improving and instilling best practices, as well as performing as one of the top producers for the company. Before Tatum, Nick has over 10 years of strong recruiting experience in accounting and finance, technology, and insurance industries. He also has management and business development experience and often can take on many hats in order to meet and exceed both client and candidate expectations.

Throughout his career, Nick has been recognized for building strong, lasting relationships within the consultant community. He enjoys building a partnership with both his internal colleagues and external clients. You can count on Nick to not only hit the ground running but find the perfect match for your current openings from entry level to C-Suite.

Nick graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies. He currently resides in Chicago, IL with his wife and two children.
