Nathan Cruz

Nathan joins Focus Search Partners as a Senior Associate with a mission to build executive leadership teams that grow companies.

Previously, Nathan worked at Spencer Stuart in their Industrial Practice where he recruited c-suite executives for public, private, and private-equity backed companies. Before transitioning to executive search, Nathan served as an Army Officer for six years and completed one overseas tour.

Nathan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Geospatial Information Science from The United States Military Academy at West Point in 2016, and his Master of Science degree in Logistics Management from The Florida Institute of Technology in 2020. Nathan is based in Chicago, IL.
