Matt Church

Based in Denver, Matt joins Focus Search Partners as a Senior Associate with a mission to build executive leadership teams that grow companies.

Prior to joining FSP, Matt served as Sr. Director of Vaco’s Accounting & Finance recruitment search where he spent his time collaborating with CFO’s and Controller’s across various industries to help them find top accounting and finance talent. He is a CPA and began his career at KPMG before moving into an SEC Financial Reporting role at a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust.
