Matt Church

Based in Denver, Matt joined Focus Search Partners as a Senior Associate with a mission to build executive leadership teams that grow companies.

Before joining FSP, Matt served as Sr. Director of FSP’s holding company, Vaco’s, accounting and finance recruitment where he spent his time collaborating with CFOs and controllers across various industries to help them find top accounting and finance talent.

Matt is a CPA and began his career at KPMG before moving into an SEC Financial Reporting role at a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust.

Matt is passionate about helping individuals find careers where they can thrive both personally and professionally.
