Mary Gullage

Mary Gullage is an Associate with Focus Search Partners. She is based in the Nashville, TN office and serves as a researcher, primarily on the healthcare team. Mary has had the privilege to collaborate with Managing Directors, Alesha Herbert and Lynn Durant. Beyond her responsibilities as a researcher, Mary plays an active role in the onboarding process for FSP new hires. Mary’s involvement includes internal scheduling and ensuring there is a smooth transition for new team members.

Whether it’s a team members Birthday or “Focusversary” Mary is always ready for a celebration. She helps coordinate graphics, lunches, etc., to ensure everyone’s day is special! Mary also manages the HubSpot Submissions that are submitted through the FSP website.

Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, Mary began her professional career after she graduated from the University of Alabama in 2022 with a major in Communication Studies and Public Relations, Roll Tide! Outside the office, Mary enjoys spending time with her friends and family, attending concerts, exploring new restaurants, and going on walks.
