Marie Antoniazzi – Ley

Marie serves as an Executive Administrative Assistant for Focus Search Partners joining the firm in April 2024.

An extensive background in the executive search industry, Marie began her career as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to the CEO of Neail Behringer Consultants, specializing in the apparel and consumer industries in executive search. Her expertise extends to roles at some of the executive search industry’s most notable firms.

With a strong focus on c-suite executive support, office management, and recruiting assistance, Marie is highly regarded for her exceptional organizational skills and commitment to client and candidate satisfaction. Her educational background in apparel design from the Fashion Institute of Technology provides her with perspective on consumer-driven industries.

A native New Yorker by birth, Marie resides in New Jersey with her husband. She fundraises annually for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s annual “Light the Night” walk for blood cancer research.
