Harleigh is a Principal at Focus Search Partners where she is responsible for executing C-level and senior search assignments in the technology industry.

Harleigh brings over a decade of experience working in-house and at top tier search firms. Her experience spans across Consumer Markets, Financial Services, and Technology, serving clients ranging from private equity backed portfolio companies to Fortune 500 firms.

Prior to FSP, Harleigh led executive recruiting for a publicly traded FinTech company. Harleigh began her career in human resources, then honed her search experience at Korn Ferry executing Board, C-level, and senior-level engagements across consumer and technology markets.

Harleigh has a master’s in applied psychology from the University of Southern California. She resides in San Francisco, California.
