Drew Dawson

Based in Nashville, Drew joins Focus Search Partners as a Senior Associate where he will focus on search execution across the healthcare services and provider sectors.

Prior to joining FSP, Drew worked for a boutique executive search firm where he recruited M&A leaders for PE-backed businesses across the greater Industrial sector. In addition, Drew spent just shy of five years with FSP’s holding company, Vaco, where he specialized in multi-hire search projects for both PE-backed and publicly traded companies across various industries.

Drew graduated from The College of St. Scholastica with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
