Donna Patten

Based in Dallas, Donna Patten is an Executive Assistant at Focus Search Partners supporting two Managing Directors and their teams.

Prior to joining Focus Search Partners, Donna ran her own baking business for a few years, and previously worked with a privately-held boutique executive search firm, as well as a global consulting company. She has over 30 years of experience supporting executives in various industries.

Donna lives in the Dallas area with her husband, Bill, and their yellow lab mix, Lucy.  Donna and Bill have four grown children and seven grandchildren. When not working and spending time with family, they travel to Missouri where they are rehabbing an 80-year old log cabin on a river.
