Caryn Yair

Based in Atlanta , Caryn Yair  is a Principal with Focus Search Partners where she is responsible for executing senior executive and C-suite level search assignments in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining FSP, Caryn spent over twenty years working for several top tier and smaller boutique executive recruiting firms specializing in healthcare, financial services, not-for-profit and higher education sectors.

Caryn has volunteered with the  professional training community programs at Wellspring Living and The Covenant House Georgia Feed the Homeless Youth.

Caryn earned her  Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University.
