Carrie Sims

Based in Nashville, Carrie previously worked for Vaco Nashville’s Operations team before joining Focus Search Partners as Project Coordinator and Executive Operations. She provides support in administration, project management, and event coordination.

Carrie earned a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Southern Mississippi and is currently earning a master’s degree in English from Belmont University. She enjoys staying active by training for half-marathons and marathons and playing in local intramural leagues.

She grew up in Hattiesburg, MS, before relocating to Nashville in 2019.
