Ann Phillips

Based in Houston, Texas, Ann joined Focus Search Partners as part of the July 2017 acquisition of D’Antoni Partners. Ann is an Associate of the firm, responsible for project management, candidate research, and coordination.

Before joining the search industry, she held accounting and administrative positions in the finance, investment, and venture capital sectors. Ann earned her BBA and MBA degrees from the University of Houston.
