NASHVILLE, Tenn., April 28, 2022 — Focus Search Partners, Vaco’s retained search division, has promoted Teresa Hansen to managing director in its Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina office as the firm grows in the Triangle, the state and the country.
Hansen, who joined Focus Search Partners in 2016, has more than 20 years of retained search and recruiting experience and brings diverse executive search expertise to her new role, as she has worked in both corporate and agency settings across numerous industries. Hansen will continue to assist in the firm’s organic growth strategy and commitment to retaining world-class talent that grows companies and boosts the success of the firm’s clients.

Hansen’s entire career, both prior to and since joining Focus Search Partners, has been in the execution of vice president and above executive-level searches in multiple industries, including biotech, biopharma, clinical trials, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology.
