This year marks the third consecutive year Focus Search Partners has been listed on the Private Equity Recruiting Power 100.

To determine the 2023 Private Equity Recruiting Power 100, Hunt Scanlon Media conducted a survey that launched in April. The survey required participating firms to submit a list of recent searches and statistics, including the success of placements and diversity metrics. For the 2023 Private Equity Recruiting Power 100, Hunt Scanlon Media received over 200 responses. Hunt Scanlon Media supplemented the provided data and researched a number of other firms that did not submit survey responses. The alphabetical listing of 100 firms in North America includes those firms that either specialize in private equity or that have a strong private equity practice.
