Brayden Southerland

Brayden Southerland is a Senior Associate with Focus Search Partners. He joined Focus Search Partners following the 2021 acquisition of the Southerland Group. Based in Dallas, Brayden has spent the last six years managing executive searches for PE-backed healthcare services and not-for-profit hospital clients. Previously, Brayden recruited finance and supply chain professionals in the Dallas area.

In his early career, Brayden worked in supply chain and managed care finance for MedAssets and Tenet Healthcare.

Brayden holds an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Arizona State University.
