Tanni Scott

Tanni Scott is a Senior Associate for Focus Search Partners. She has spent the majority of her career focused on partnering with executive leadership teams to present targeted research to clients.  Her experience spans across industries specializing in venture capital and private equity-backed clients.

Prior to FSP, she served as a Senior Research Associate for a Life Sciences executive search firm where she was responsible for delivering strategic research on assigned projects with various functional concentrations spanning commercial & clinical throughout the Biotech and Big Pharma sectors. Prior to Executive Search, she had a career in Athletics as the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at Queens College.

Tanni holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University.
