Nicole Inkrote

Nicole serves as Vice President, Corporate Development for Focus Search Partners.​

Nicole joined Focus Search Partners in April 2017. She began her career as an analyst at Goldman Sachs.  She then pivoted from the financial world and joined Stryker to work alongside the Group President.  The sense of fulfilment Nicole experienced from driving programs and initiatives targeted at improving people’s quality of life, led her to make a commitment to always be part of a company that was positively affecting the lives of its employees and clients, which led her to Focus Search Partners. ​

As Vice President of Corporate Development, Nicole plays a key role in project management and business expansion. She is responsible for driving strategic partnerships and transactions to accelerate growth for Focus Search Partners.  ​

Nicole earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. ​

Nicole is based in New Jersey. She is an active volunteer in her community and enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two young children, Madison and Ryan, out on the water.
