Our Proven Methodology Yields High-Performing Executives

  • Meet with client to initiate search and discuss process
  • Create relevant search documents – position descriptions and client information
  • Define specific search strategy and develop target list of companies
  • Tailor internal interview process
  • Establish a regular weekly status call  to review reports with the Search Committee
  • Conduct research and develop initial prospective candidates
  • Present candidate backgrounds
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate discrete references as possible
  • Facilitate Interviews (first and second rounds) of candidates
  • Narrow list of candidates to finalist list, continue facilitating final interviews, and begin reference investigations
  • Continue reference investigations, offer discussions and final negotiation of offers
  • Ensure smooth transition of the successful candidate into client
  • Regularly communicate with both the placement and the hiring representative to help ensure a smooth transition; often includes executive coaching
