Trisha Mehl

Trisha Henry-Mehl joined Focus Search Partners in 2022. As a Senior Associate, she hits the ground running from start to finish on senior executive and C-Suite level searches across a diverse range of industries, including healthcare services, technology, manufacturing, and consumer packaged goods. Prior to joining FSP, Trisha spent 7.5 years with Vaco Financial as an accomplished leader with a track record of success, where she ran a full desk of recruitment and business development for Finance/Accounting positions on a direct-hire basis.  After three years with the Los Angeles office, Trisha relocated to Detroit where she spent 4.5 years building Vaco Accounting and Finance search practice from the ground up and established a successful book of business as a connector of people and organizations.

Trisha received her bachelor’s of science degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Southern California. She has lived all over the country – Portland, OR, Cincinnati, OH, Chicago, IL, Seattle, WA, Los Angeles, CA, and now Detroit, MI but remains a dedicated Seattle Seahawks and USC Trojans fan. Trisha is based in Detroit, MI.
