Paige Westhoff

Based in Dallas, Paige Westhoff is a Managing Director with Focus Search Partners specializing in CMOs, CROs, CEOs, and other senior executive level C-suite search assignments for publicly traded and private-equity backed technology companies. Prior to joining FSP, Paige spent over ten years in executive search with top-tier executive recruiting firms, including Egon Zehnder and Korn Ferry, in verticals such as healthcare and consumer products. She began her career with the professional services firm, Arthur Andersen in the Strategy, Finance & Economics Business Consulting group and later moved with her team to Ernst & Young where she was a Manager in the Health Science Advisory Services practice.

Active in the community with several not-for-profit organizations, Paige currently helps raise funds for the American Cancer Society as an active member of Cattle Baron’s Ball. She is also active with the Family Place as a former Partners Card Chairman and member of the Partners Auxiliary Board. She was previously on the Board of Trustees for the Dallas Museum of Art and served as co-chairman for the Junior Associates Circle, Board Member for Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, and former member of Junior League of Dallas.

Paige earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
