Greg Dement

Greg Dement is Principal with Focus Search Partners bringing more than 15 years combined retained and contingency search experience, including executive, management consulting and information technology specialist recruiting. Greg joined Focus Search Partners as part of their 2017 acquisition of Taylor Winfield Executive Search.

Greg’s experience as a senior level recruiter for multiple mid-sized consulting agencies in addition to several years spent managing his own consulting firm benefits clients looking for highly skilled and specialized talent. He has supported startups as well as Fortune 100 companies in manufacturing, finance, technology, life sciences, services, and energy, and understands the different skill sets required for the various organizational structures. While working for Ciber, ABeam Consulting and CDI Business Solutions Group, Greg consistently exceeded performance goals and was rewarded with promotions within the organizations. He gained another level of ownership when he formed his own consultancy placing SAP-specific talent within a variety of organizations.

Greg has been lauded for his ability to build compelling stories around the opportunities and recruit top-tier talent for successful partnerships. He is recognized for enjoying the process as much as the results.

A graduate of the University of North Texas, Greg operates out of Focus Search Partners’ Dallas office.
