Caroline Crafton

Caroline joined Focus Search Partners in February of 2022. She conducts research alongside the executive search team.

Prior to joining Focus Search Partners, Caroline worked for Vaco, where she served the local Charlotte market running contingent searches. She also had the opportunity to work on national projects with Vaco’s Global Solutions team.

Caroline was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, and went on to receive her bachelor’s degree from The University of Alabama. Roll Tide!
