Mike Yastrzemski is a professional baseball player for the San Francisco Giants. After turning down draft offers in 2009 and 2012, “Yaz” was selected by the Baltimore Orioles in the 14th round of the 2013 MLB draft, and was called up to the Major League by the San Francisco Giants on May 25, 2019.
Since then, Yaz has been named one of the most productive rookie hitters in all of baseball and has become a fan favorite in the Bay Area and beyond.
