NASHVILLE, TN – Focus Search Partners, A Vaco Company, today announced that Monica Foster has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Monica will be responsible for launching FSP’s Interim Executive Services business and will be relocating to the company’s Nashville headquarters.

The market lacks a consistent go-to service provider in the interim segment and FSP is going to aggressively build a high-quality service offering that aligns in-demand experienced executives with the needs of our private equity backed clients. Our Interim Executive Services (IES) practice complements the firm’s 20-year history of executing high-quality retained search services by offering more to our Clients who have come to know FSP as a trusted advisor. Monica leads Talent Acquisition, Origination, Client Service Delivery and Business Operations for the interim business.
Monica brings a 15-year track record of meeting and exceeding client and candidate expectations by leading with transparency, candor and a sense of urgency.
Prior to joining Focus Search Partners, Monica supported senior-level recruiting efforts for the portfolio companies of Vista Equity Partners. There she gained invaluable experience understanding the operational rigor of a top performing PE firm. Earlier in her career Monica worked for the largest project-based CFO solutions firm, Tatum where she led Recruiting and Service Delivery teams nationally.
